We do not sell your data, and we won't add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business:
- Website hosting, enquiry form and email forwarding: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare hosts this website (Cloudflare Pages), processes enquiry form submissions (Cloudflare Pages Functions and Workers) and forwards email sent to our sparkyweb.co.uk addresses, including enquiry form submissions, to our inbox (Cloudflare Email Routing).
- Email inbox: Google LLC (USA). Emails and enquiry form submissions forwarded by Cloudflare are delivered to and stored in our Gmail inbox.
- AI and search tools (AI visibility checks only): to run a check you've asked for, we type questions that include your business name, town and services into public AI assistants and search engines (such as ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot). We don't enter your personal contact details into these tools.
- [Accounting / payment provider, if used]
Cloudflare and Google are based in the USA, so your data may be processed outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after [12 months]. Client records are kept for as long as you're a client and then for up to 6 years for tax and legal purposes.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts are served from this website itself, so no data is sent to third-party font services. If this changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or call 0303 123 1113.
