About SparkyWeb

Built for electricians. Run by email. Straight talking.

SparkyWeb helps UK electricians get found and chosen online: in Google, in AI assistants like ChatGPT, and on their own website. We only work with electricians, we work entirely by email, and we only promise what we can actually deliver.

Why we exist

Good electricians deserve to be found.

The way customers find tradespeople is changing. More and more people ask an AI assistant who to call, then check the business on Google or its website before they pick up the phone. The electricians who get named are rarely the best ones; they’re the ones whose information is clearest, most complete and most consistent online.

Most electricians don’t have the time (or the interest) to keep up with Google Business Profile settings, structured data or what ChatGPT says about them this month. That’s our job. We focus on one trade so we can know it properly: EICRs and landlord certificates, consumer units, EV chargers, rewires, Part P, NICEIC and NAPIT.

How we work

No meetings. No phone tag. Everything in writing.

You’re on site all day. So everything happens by email, at a time that suits you, and you always have a written record of what was agreed.

  1. 01

    Start with the facts

Send a few details through the contact form or by email. We ask Google and the AI tools the questions your customers ask, in your town, and tell you who gets named. Free.

A clear plan at a fixed price

A prioritised fix list or a website proposal, written for electricians rather than marketers. If something isn’t worth paying for, we’ll say so.

  3. 03

We do the work, you approve it

We build your site on our electrician design, usually live in around 7 working days, or work through your fix list: profile, wording, schema, reviews. Nothing changes without your OK.

    Re-check and keep improving

A 30-day re-check after every Fix, and a monthly AI visibility re-check on Managed and Growth plans, so you can see how you’re showing up over time.

Straight talking

What we will, and won’t, promise.

There’s a lot of hype about “AI SEO”. Here’s exactly where we stand.

We will

  • Show you exactly what we asked, where and when, and what came back
  • Fix the basics Google and AI tools read: clear, accurate, consistent information
  • Explain everything in plain English, in writing
  • Only change things on your website or profile that you’ve approved
  • Register your domain in your name, always
  • Tell you if something isn’t worth paying for

We won’t

  • Guarantee rankings, or that any AI tool will recommend you. Answers change daily
  • Write fake reviews, or offer customers rewards for reviews
  • Add accreditations or badges you don’t hold
  • Use tricks, spammy links or “secret” AI hacks
  • Tie you into a contract for a one-off check
  • Charge for every small change on a monthly plan

Being honest

What you won’t find on this site.

No made-up testimonials

We don’t publish reviews or client logos we can’t back up. When real clients are happy to be named, we’ll show them, with their permission.

No invented numbers

Every statistic on this site links to its source. Our demo website and sample report use a clearly labelled fictional business.

No black boxes

Our reports show the exact questions, tools, dates and answers. You can repeat any check yourself.

We practise what we preach

This site is built the way we build for clients: clear pages for each service, schema.org structured data on every page, an FAQ with matching FAQ markup, a sitemap, a robots.txt that welcomes search and AI crawlers, and an llms.txt summary for AI tools.
